TDM precision milling spindles offer maximum speeds up to 50,000 rpm, maximum torque of 1,200 Nm, and maximum power of 120 kW. Customers can choose automatic or manual tool change. Automatic tool changer spindle interfaces range from HSK-E25 to HSK-A125, and ISO20 to ISO50. We also offer Capto-C taper for high-torque spindles and HSK-T interface for turn-mill spindles. Depending on customer requirements, milling spindles can be equipped with bearing temperature sensors, thermal growth sensors, encoders, center through-coolant, face ring cooling, shaft cooling (different from center coolant), turning capability (i.e., turn-mill spindles), and more. Spindle mounting options include horizontal, vertical, and various angular orientations. Bearing lubrication options include grease lubrication and oil-air lubrication.
